Ella Thorne: Academic Portfolio

Hello! I'm Ella, a Bachelor of Arts candidate for the American University of Paris (AUP), majoring in History, Law, and Society, and graduating in Spring 2026. I'm pursuing a pre-law path with a focus on International Human Rights Law and International Humanitarian Law. My academic interests center on women in conflict zones, genocide law, constitutional law, alternative legal epistemologies, and African history and politics - with a particular research focus on the 1994 Tutsi Genocide.
